The special six bladed cross-cut restoration removal burs are available in two styles and were designed specifically to remove metal, porcelain and restorative materials. A unique feature of North Bel Restoration Removal Burs is that, unlike competitors' removal burs, the tip of our bur cuts. The possibility of vertical cutting allows for superior, ergonomic performances. They have more crosscuts (dentates), that is why their cutting capacity exceeds by far the cutting capacity of the regular carbide burs, thus allowing fast removal of gold, precious and non-precious metal crowns, silver amalgams and composite materials. The unique blade geometry produces the best ratio of cutting capacity, durability and resistance. As matter of fact, the cutting edges are designed to have more tungsten carbide in the immediate cutting area, in order to prevent blade chipping.
